Key Features & Benefits

Blade
Anti-splaying of cutting edge. Gear design at the shear blade mounting position prevents cutting edge splaying. Customized X45MOV cutting edge, better wear and impact resistance than NM400 and boron steel blades, ensuring a significantly longer service life.

Material of shear
Hydraulic shear: High-strength wear-resistant steel, reinforced & thickened, customizable. Shear body: NM400 steel with hardness HRC37-42 Shear Arm:MN450 steel with hardness HRC43-47 Cutting edge:X45MOV with hardness HRC44-HRC48

Motor
360° rotatable, with a dual-motor design to ensure the rotational stability of the twin-cylinder shear. Equipped with a motor base, which has built-in bearings to prevent gear tilting and reduce gear tooth damage.

Limiting Mechanism
Precise limiting can protect the hydraulic cylinder and prevents bolt breakage.

Cylinder
The cylinder is designed to be thicker and larger; the cylinder barrel is made of 27SiMn material and quenched-tempered; the piston rod is made of 45# steel with hard chrome plating after heat treatment; the earring bushing uses a graphite copper bushing, with built-in Japanese NOK brand seals.

Hose/Speed-Increasing Valve
Continental brand hose from Germany, a 4-layer high-pressure hose, which is anti-aging, oil and heat resistant, and has high pressure-bearing capacity (able to withstand 42 MPa high pressure). High-precision speed-increasing Valve with Sun brand valve core from USA , shortens the opening and closing time, improving work efficiency.
